I have a unique skill set with blended experiences in technology and design.

Currently, I manage a portfolio of airline partners to ensure that each program is reaching individualized targets and maximum potential. My role is a blend of client-facing activities, implementation of new products, product enhancements and support requests.  In addition I have designed our marketing emails as well as provided best practices on social media promotions.

I worked for over a decade in international development as a project manager with an expertise in information and communication technology. I have successfully managed large-scale knowledge exchange projects and products, such as the redesign and implementation of various sites into a content management systems (CMS).

Additionally, as a designer, I have conceptualized brands, created identify materials and worked on numerous print and web design projects. I have experience with the leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Volusion) as well as social media and marketing initiatives.

I am well versed in blended learning products, Internet industry usability standards and best practices, bench-marketing methods and forward thinking design principles, UX, UI, etc. I have managed complex, diverse teams consisting of internal and external clients, developers, design agencies and other vendors.

I am graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where I earned a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Computer Information systems. Additionally, I studied graphic design at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA) in Boston.
